Services
Scope of Engagement
Novera Interiors provides high-end residential and commercial interior architecture, furniture curation, and bespoke styling services. Each project is subject to a separate Letter of Agreement defining specific deliverables.
Digital Atelier
Our digital platforms provide mood boards, 3D visualizations, and curated shop-the-look experiences. These are representations of intent and may vary based on material availability.
User Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate information regarding project dimensions and budgetary constraints.
- All communications must maintain a standard of professional courtesy reflective of the atelier environment.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that any physical alterations to properties comply with local building codes.
Intellectual Property
"Design is a form of authorship."
All designs, sketches, 3D models, photography, and website content are the exclusive property of Novera Interiors. They are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
Purchase of design services grants the client a license to implement the design for its intended purpose at a specific location only. Redistribution or commercial resale of Novera design patterns is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Novera Interiors shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our digital platforms or the implementation of design concepts by third-party contractors.
While we source only the highest quality materials, Novera Interiors does not warrant the performance of third-party manufactured furniture or raw materials beyond the manufacturer's own warranty.
Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of SPC, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
